new apartment?!?

a new apartment opened up in our complex and i desperately want to move into it.  there are so many positives: two bedrooms, parking space, fenced in yard (well really a porch but its definitely big enough for bikes AND a bbq...heaven), and our landlords will let us move without having to break our lease.  ahhh...bliss!

now i just need to convince joel to spend the extra money each month.  i'm getting close!  tomorrow we can look at the place so we may be moving this weekend.  although, i saw a family looming around outside...they think they're going to get the place.  i don't think so!
