interesting topics?

this semester i have the distinct pleasure of writing my 50-page law review paper.  don't tell this to the kids but i am actually kinda excited about it.  the problem is everytime i think of a topic i find out its already been written about.  

so i am extending this opportunity to all of you.  please leave a comment with ideas about what i should write about.  just remember, there has to be something legal somewhere in there.

haha too bad i'd have to be a smarty to even know what has to do with a law topic...adoption? that'd be interesting.... to me! :-)
