con law

hey..i posted more paris pictures in the previous post. check them out.

so...finals. i had my first one yesterday (con law individual rights...excellent class...HORRIBLE final). i think we all wanted to pluck our eye lashes out one at a time after the monstrosity that was yesterday. not only was the final beyond ridiculous (not in the sense that it was hard but just that the fact patterns were two pages single-spaced and the issues were pretty hard to spot. i would be writing one issue and in the middle of it i would suddenly think of another one and start on that, and so on. i'm not sure i completed a single thought on the whole exam and it definitely wasnt a structured response. too bad my professor is mr. strucutre. i can effectively kiss my top tier status goodbye after that pathetic performance) but i dont feel like i've had a closure to the class. normally the exam is a good time to show the professor and myself that i know the material and can apply it. but yesterday was a slaughter. so now i keep reliving the material and ask myself when the final will be so that i can put a plug on the class. yuck!

and tomorrow i get to repeat the horror with european union law. excellent.
